GEN ONE TALKS is a TED-style platform for bold young thinkers, writers, and creatives (ages 10–16) to take the stage at The KidLit Fest 2026 and share powerful ideas that challenge, inspire, and re-imagine the world around them.

who can apply
Children and teens aged 10–16 with a bold, original idea to share. No public speaking experience needed. Just show us your passion, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
What you will Need

A short write-up (200–300 words) explaining your idea

A 1–2 minute video introducing yourself and your topic
Selected speakers will receive mentorship, and a chance to speak live at The KidLit Fest 2026.
